(L)ocation = Around the impacted mandibular right third molar (32).
(E)dge = Well-defined, corticated, continuous at the cemento-enamel junction (CEJ) of the             impacted third molar.
(S)hape = Ovoid.
(I)nternal = Radiolucent.
(O)ther = Apical displacement of the third molar (32).
   Discontinuities of the lingual cortical plate and crest of the alveolar ridge. 
   Right inferior alveolar nerve canal displaced inferiorly and to the facial cortical           plate. 
(N)umber = Single.

Radiographic Diagnostic Tips

Just a short summary of some tips when determining if a dentigerous cyst should be considered in a differential.
- Impacted tooth
- Well-defined, edges will be continuous at the cemento-enamel junction (CEJ) of the impacted tooth, typically corticated.
- Pushes associated tooth apically
​- Radiolucent
